Kombucha Recipies- Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing

Kombucha Recipies- Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing

Is it possible to combine diet and nutrition? That statement is not intended to be a joke! Our fast food processed diets take the nutrition and life force out of our diets. Kombucha tea has been used for centuries to restore health and vitality. Known worldwide, kombucha mushroom tea helps restore the PH balance in the body. Each person has their own story on their use and results with Kombucha juice. Here's what Mandy in New Hampshire as to say about using Kombucha tea in her diet:

I know that Kombucha Tea makes the best substitute for vinegar in an oil and vinegar salad dressing. It is much cheaper than buying the salad dressings at the super market. This way I'm not getting all those chemicals that preserve their products on the store shelves. The body doesn't need to be preserved like a pickled fish. It is a living organism like the Kombucha Tea is a living culture. I just mix my own oil and vinegar using olive oil and kombucha instead of vinegar, with some Italian seasoning and garlic for added flavor!

"The Kombucha mushroom is a symbiosis of yeast (candida friendly) and bacteria. Basically it looks like a smooth creamy white pancake. With every brew you make it forms a new layer or culture on the surface of the liquid, which can be divided, enabling you to pass on spare Kombucha cultures to friends and family, to start them brewing Kombucha Tea, also." ...Mandy, New Hampshire

Kombucha gets new flavors at Boulder Farmers Market with Boulder Bucha

I dig things sour, things pickled, things vinegary. So kombucha, a fermented tea that has a vinegar kick, has been my non-boozy beverage of choice for years.
